WHAT IS THE PROCESS OF ADMITTING A LOVED ONE TO A HEAVENLY HOME?
To begin the process, we will take you on a private tour of our facilities where you will get to know our home & our family here. We are available to answer any questions or concerns you may have pertaining to your personal circumstances and needs. If you decide the Magnolia Manor is the best fit for you or your loved one(s), the next step is a resident appraisal at our facility with you or your loved one. Following the resident appraisal, we will request a physicians report & complete the initial intake paperwork. The final step is to schedule a move in date for you or your loved one to make Magnolia Manor your home.
